We were disappointed as this stay did not meet our standards.

The location was very convenient. The staff (we only exchanged via message or email) were very nice.

The property was not cleaned before our arrival. It was very hot and there is no AC. The second you enter the apartment you can feel the humidity and The bin location was also just outside the windows and mixed with the high temperatures (30 degrees celcius) it gave a horrible smell. The fridge did not close properly and the bed sheets had staines.

Good value, perfect for work trip.

A little complicated from video as more lock boxes than shown. The property manager helped me though.

I don't feel the cold luckily but there was no heating on in the property on timer or for me to switch on. Didn't affect my stay but other guests may get cold.

To be honest, for our stay, everything was just as we needed. Enough crockery, cooking utensils, blankets etc so no need to eat out all the time.

Quite loud outside in the mornings, so be aware of this if you're not an early riser! Pillows very deep - actually slept without using them at all. TV in lounge is a little high for height of sofa, which is odd but manageable.

Modern, stylish and clean apartment with great bathroom and kitchen. Best location in Exeter - 2mins to shops and close to restaurants and cathedral.

Finding the key lockbox and navigation from car parking to apartment in the dark when we arrived was not easy - however the video helped a lot. TV was dead and didn’t work at all for any channel.

It was clean, had a lovely comfy sofa & a huge sofa… It was my Birthday & they left me lovely gifts which was a really nice touch. Was really close to the centre of town, but quiet at night.
