Pavillon de Mer

Large spacious apartment in a great location. Well equipped with everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday.

There was nothing to dislike some people may think the apartment was a little dated but personally I think it added to its charm.

Lägenheten är 2 minuters promenad från sandstranden och 7-10 minuter till tågstationen om man ville ge ut sig på ett äventyr i omkringliggande städer 🌆

Trappor

Location is very good, view is very good, apartment is in a little noisy place due to trains on one side of the building and car street on the other, but windows are good, so when you close them, they seal of the sounds pretty good and air conditioning helps to keep temperatures down as you sleep. Apartment is fairly big, and although it is old, it is pretty nice. Beds are fairly comfortable.

Usually we are not picky ones, but we got a set of bad things happened, so I name all of them: 1. Very well informed well about key location, but when I asked about entry to the building and sent google picture, with X marked on several places, I was told "on the right", which mislead us, it wasn't "right sided" entrance of the building, but on the right as you pick up the key, so we had to climb stairs couple times with the luggage, because of wrong entrances. 2. No welcome info with wifi name/password, no info on containers outside for rubbish, so we left rubbish in apartment ( agree that this is not the best thing),but it wasn't clear which containers we can use, closes ones were next to another building. So we left rubbish in apartment and and then we got some nasty messages about it. Me explaining about missing info didn't seem to bother cleaning lady. 3. Not clean rooms upon arrival, dust and sand all over floor, had to vacuum and buy some rags to wash floors ourselves. Under beds there were loads of dust balls. 4. One of beds is sofa-bed and when it is in bed position, if you sit on one edge it slopes down, another edge lifts up and I fell of the bed. 5. Electricity issue- switch in the toiled got short-circuited 23 o'clock in the night, flashed and made electrical sound and threw off circuit-braker, that caused ALL lights out. I flipped on the circuit-braker, some lights came back, but toilet light didn't and we were not sure if short-circuit in the toiled would not cause fire, so we had to turn off the circuit-braker for the night and every time we left apartment, this was very unpleasant for my kid and wife as they felt unsafe on electrical switches. Informed owners, in 4 days nothing was done to improve situation. 6. Some minor things, like beach umbrella's, there were 2 of them and both were rusted+ umbrella fabric shred to pieces.

Cosy but also functional appartment. Nice balcony and view.
