Roma & Amor Apartment

The property was in a beautiful gated building complex, right outside the doors was a fresh fruit market and not far were easy to use train lines. Kitchen amenities were working and water ran cold.

The AC wasn’t functioning, but it was okay as a portable fan was provided with the property. The fridge also wouldn’t get cold, and often dripped water. But it was also fine as it kept food colder then outside

Posizione perfetta a pochi minuti da due linee della metro e quartiere tranquillo. C'è tutto quello che può servire per un soggiorno di pochi giorni (anche phon e ferro da stiro!!). Molto apprezzate le capsule del caffè.

Potrebbe essere migliorata un po' la pulizia generale della casa (le stoviglie probabilmente non venivano lavate da molto e non c'erano spugne pulite per poterle lavare). Non ci sono cestini, nè indicazioni per raccolta differenziata, cosa che avremmo apprezzato molto. Consigliamo anche di far trovare una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo, specialmente ora che arriva la stagione più calda.

Bairro silencioso e muito calmo, ideal para descansar. A cozinha é ampla e bem equipada, e a cama bastante confortável.

compromete bastante tanto a ventilação quanto a iluminação natural do ambiente. Mas o que mais nos incomodou foi, sem dúvida, a questão da limpeza. Encontramos talheres e panelas nas gavetas extremamente mal lavados, a ponto de ainda terem restos de comida grudados. Além disso, aparentava que algum hóspede anterior havia utilizado a chaleira elétrica para ferver leite, pois ela estava com cheiro forte e resíduos impregnados no interior — e claramente não havia sido higienizada depois disso, e claqro que quando vi nem tivemos coragem de tentar lavar para usar.

The location of the property was great. Close to buses, a lot of restaurants around and the Latin market. The apartment was spacious and it was nice having a whole apartment to ourselves.

The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were extremely thin and needed new ones. The apartment was humid.
