Location was great, we went on foot almost the whole trip. It is in the historical center of Rome, 10 minutes away from the Caracala baths, there are all kinds of resturants, bars and shops nearby. It was all great, big space, two very comfortable bedrooms, balcony for the morning coffee, and kitchen with everything needed. Also I was impressed to see we had some papers with many many useful tips for places to visit, places to eat, how to use the transport etc.
Nothing to say here, it was all without problems and issues. The team was available till midnight to help if anything is needed.

Appartement était grand. Pas très loin de plusieurs sites touristiques de Rome (Colisée, forum, circus Maximus, thermes de Caracalla, basilique du Latran, etc) et du métro porta Metronia et de la gare termini.
L'appartement n'est pas insonorisé et les voisins de palier m'étaient la TV trop fort à des heures très tardives (minuit, 23h). Je devais me lever du lit pour taper dans le mur. A 5h du matin, c'était le bruit du réveil des voisins du dessus qui sonnait, le bruit de la chasse d'eau et des canalisations quand ils prenaient leur douche. Gros problème d'insonorisation. J'aimerais que cela apparaisse clairement dans les avis.

location and large living room
The apartment was not clean (dust around corners, bathroom), the washing basin was clogged (the water run away slowly), there was only one sheet for the double bed - assuming that any two people sleeping on a double bed would enjoy sharing one thin sheet - this was the worse part for me and honestly I do not understand why such simple thing was not addressed with spare clean thin sheets, there was very cold in the apartment (visible gaps in windows, no remote to operate heating).
