Clean, well equipped, comfortable, well situated. Grassed play area right outside and playing fields just round the corner Plenty of teabags & coffee (I have stayed in places that (like hotels) leave you 4 teabags and coffee sachets!) Big refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner & bodywash in the shower; (not your tiny bottles good for one shower).

The property was clean well kept and had everything we needed.. the lady was there on the phone with in minutes when needed she was so helpful and very lovely. We had the best time and definitely will be using her again on our next stay
