Incredible view of the ocean. Right across the street from fantastic snorkeling and surfing beach. Condo had everything we needed.

Great Views. Short Distanz to Surf and Snorkel and Not so loud and hectic as in downtown Kona. Very helpful House Manager.

The view, ambience and location were superb. A little out of hectic Kailua, which we liked. Loved having our own pool and BBQ.
No AC. There were a lot of bugs at night, we would’ve liked to be able to shut the windows and put on AC.
The fly screens were not quite adequate to keep out the bugs, we had to keep all the lights off in the apartment to keep the bugs out. Not a massive issue, but would have liked the option.
