Great option for families/groups, loved the pool and proximity to everything along Ali'i drive. Communication with the management was excellent!

Good place with a view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the big island. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is awesome.
It's close to Kailua-Kona, and easy to get to from the airport if you've rented a car.
The unit manager (Shawn) was easy to reach of and was prompt in answering all questions we had.

We started in house J6 which was great but my son in law had a problem with the carpets so the owner offered us a new condo which were without carpets in the living room, that was great. The host was great, generous and helpful, he gave us a list of things to do and see, he made our stay perfect.
We had everything we needed for cooking our own Christmas dinner. There is a good grocery store very close. We used the swimming pool a lot and the gym. The houses are perfect for families, I will recommend it to my friends and family.
We enjoyed Hawaii, the nature, the beaches, restaurants, the weather and activity, it was amazing.
Thank you Hawaii and thank you Shawn for making our Christmas vacation perfect.
