About this house rental
Ocean view and more! This is a beautiful 3 Bedroom, 4 Bath, Split level home with a private pool on the ocean. The large upper level lanai is a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The view is amazing from here, whether you’re watching the family in the pool below, the view of the ocean, or watching the sky change colors as the sun sets. After the sun has set the view even gets better. The light’s on the southern shoreline reflecting on the ocean creates a picture perfect memorable and romantic night. There are two master bedrooms with private bathrooms, large California King Bed’s and ocean view. There are two other bedrooms one has a King bed that can be broken down to two twins if needed and the last is two twin beds. The upper level kitchen is very well equipped for all your food preparing and cooking comforts. There is a 3/4 kitchen on the lower level that is also very well equipped minus the stove and cook top. Other amenities included in the house: Parking for 3 cars. One in the carport behind automated gate, two more along the street, washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player, portable BBQ, ceiling fans, whole house stereo on upper level, ping pong table, outdoor shower.

This home has everything we could have wished for. It sits facing west within inches of the lava coast. There were times we thought the waves would wash over the low wall separating the lovely lap pool from the waves. It was spotless and welcoming. The manager was available to answer any of our questions. We will be back!

Gorgeous place-As advertised. Stunning ocean front view and a spacious layout. Well equipped kitchen and two separate dining areas, an inside one and an outside one. Loved every aspect of this beautiful home! Great host communication.

Got there and , Yes there was a place to park one car, but should have told us room for maybe small or midsize car, cause there is already car there and small space. We had a large car and it was very scary to get in behind gate and not hit other car.
Pool was dirty and owner said that the pool was scheduled to be cleaned on Tuesday. We arrived on Saturday so we had three days without swimming. Dead rat in pool.Called Cory and she never apologized but sent someone out to get rat and clean the next day.Why not clean while he was there.Pool was nice after cleaning but no hand rail to go in by the steps. Potential for a bad fall. I don't really feel that this stay was worth the price we paid. We would not stay there again or recommend it.
