Beautiful ocean house, walk to MAGIC SAND BEACH

We liked the floorplan, all the kitchen amenities, free parking, and location. Bedding was very nice. The yard was excellent. The outdoor space was amazing. We loved spending time outside. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a large dead roach on the pathway the entire time we were there. The walls could use a good wash and fresh coat of paint. The nearby road was a little noisy during the day, but evenings, nights, and mornings were very peaceful.

A lovely comfortable home. Large great room/living room room with all the comforts needed. A big, beautiful patio and lawn with a little view of the ocean.

It was just off a main road, so it could be very noisy.

La localisation à 7km du centre de Kona. La terrasse extérieure. La facilité pour se garer et récupérer l'hébergement. Un petit geste d'attention a notre arrivée avec des croissants !

La climatisation non présente dans la totalité des pièces. Seules les 3 chambres en avaient une propre a chacune et bruyante donc impossible a garder la nuit. Le bruit venant de la route principale se situant au fond du jardin. Chambres plutôt petites. Les photos sont peu représentatives de la réalité en terme d'espace. Des problèmes de propreté notamment dans les armoires de toilettes, les placards et ustensiles de cuisine. Matelas plutôt très souples.

1. Air conditioning only in bedrooms (not clearly explained in listing) and are window units. Air conditioning units were not properly sealed in windows and let in mosquitos. One unit had lots of mold. Inside flip up cover. 2. Everything was sticky when we arrived. We re-mopped the floor and re-washed the dishes we used. Inside cabinets had food splatter. 3. Pans and cooking implements as well as most of the linens were gross. I would not have given most of the pans to goodwill. Knives were all dull as well as kitchen shears. Bathroom towels had seen better days. Our duvet in master bedroom had blood spots on it. I have stayed at 4 other places in Kona and have never had an issue. This reminded me of being in student housing. 4. There was an uncapped wire by one bed. Was it live? Not sure, but is definitely an issue.
