Luxury Brick and Flint House in Funtington

The property had many lovely features, from the oak beams in the kitchen to the spacious bedrooms. Each member of the family had their own bathroom, which was a real bonus, and the garden was well kept and enjoyable. The open log fire and chimney were standout features, creating a cosy and inviting lounge area. It’s easy to imagine how wonderful it would be to stay here during the winter months. The location was excellent, with Chichester just 13 minutes away and West Wittering Beach a lovely spot to visit nearby. The house itself was beautiful, bright, and spacious—perfect for a family and great for entertaining. There was also plenty of parking space, comfortably accommodating up to four cars. It’s definitely worth a visit, with plenty to explore in and around Chichester for both young and old.

There was nothing in this house,we didn’t like as a family of five.

The property was stunning and very cosy. It was beautifully decorated and had good wi fi. It was tricky to find and would recommend what 3 words, the location was fabulous with a great pub just one minute walk away and walks across the downs just down the road. I would recommend.

The only niggles were for a large property hosting groups there was limited crockery, no tin opener or spatula no champagne flutes; disappointing for NYE!
