We had a wonderful stay at Casa Matias. The apartment is absolutely beautiful - full of charm, bright, airy and in a perfect location close to many restaurants and cafes in the Old Town. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. The facilities in the apartment are excellent. It was so lovely to come back to a wonderful apartment at the end of a day on the beach. We truly could not fault anything about the apartment.

location - spacious house
we stayed in dec/jan - the house had been empty for some time and was cold - heating is via air con which only covers the bedrooms - the rest of the house remained cold - fine in good weather but in the winter some other heating would be a good
also the front door keys/lock is a horror and would be a good idea to change the lock
