The property was exactly what we wanted. It had all the amenities and located so close to the beach. It was so clean and the staff was really nice.

Close to the beach and spacious rooms
Long and archaic check in process, front desk person didn’t tell us about room safe key or deposit, then made us come up and down multiple times because they didn’t specify we needed a cash deposit. Then each time they cleaned our room they only left 2 towels when it’s explicitly listed that we are 3 people staying in the room. Had to remind them every day of this, when we showed frustration instead of apologizing they just gave us attitude. The balcony door from the room didn’t shut properly so we heard the strong wind and outside noise all night. Oh and the hotel is located next to an abandoned old building that’s tagged with cartel graffiti. 50/50 odds you get a room with that view versus a room with ocean view
