Penthouse with Balcony in the Historic Center #1956

The location is perfect: lots of restaurants, bars nearby without too much noise reaching the penthouse. 15mn walk to a lovely beach. The property has a big and nice balcony. The kettle broke down on the 2nd day but the staff was quick to replace it with a new one.

It is an expensive property to rent so it is disappointing and is not good value for money for these two following reasons: . 2 bedrooms out of 4 are very hot because there is only one ventilator and no air conditioning in these bedrooms (and in the living room). It was impossible for my family members to have a good night sleep in these 2 bedrooms. . The small shower room overflowed into the utility room and the kitchen. The lovely planned evening out was ruined by mobbing the water and the whole family queueing to have a shower in the other bathroom.

Amazingly well appointed and clean. Lots of great living space including nice kitchen, living room, balcony and big bedrooms. Location very central in the old city and lots of character.

4th floor - lots of stairs challenging for seniors but great for the view

AC:n fungerar inte den finns bara i två AC enigheter i två av sovrummen som endast stannar mellan 22-27 grader. Så det blir ordentligt varmt i lägenheten om man är 8 pers när det är 30 grader ute är lika illa att vara ute som inne. Det finns även ingen diskmaskin villket inte är optimalt för 8 pers.
