Ático - Penthouse Bressol

Great location and the apartment is spacious and bright with lots of windows. Large outside space, access to the shared pool. Lovely and clean.

It didn’t have a few modern touches like a dishwasher, coffee pod machine, its own washing machine and generally overall could do with a little upgrade as felt dated. The beds felt hard and could really do with toppers.

Very large, tastefully designed and well equipped penthouse apartment. It is the only apartment on the top (4th) floor. Lovely private roof terrace around three sides of the property. Nice pool shared with I think around 8 or 9 other apartments, but plenty of space for everyone. Perfect location just around the corner from the main square and about a 5 minute walk to the beach, but very quiet, even on the night Spain won the World Cup! Maria was a fabulous host, very friendly and attentive. Puerto Pollença is a lovely little town, seems to attract families and couples, it is definitely not Magaluf, and has lots of nice restaurants and shops. Nightlife tends to be around the restaurants although there are some bars - we liked the Lemon lounge at the Diana hotel, and Llaut beach bar further up the beach.

The only very small thing was when we got there the lift wasn’t working so we had to drag our cases up 4 floors. Maria contacted the lift company who came out and fixed it the next day, so it’s all ok now.

Very spacious, bright and clean. The apartment had all we needed for our week’s stay.

Nothing, everything was great!

This property is centrally located, near to the main square, lots of restaurants, the port and the beach is only 5 minutes walk. The balcony is amazing - with additional upper sun roof which has amazing views and you can catch the last of the evening sun! There is plenty of space in the main living room and the kitchen is well equipped. Plenary of sun beds and umbrellas on the balcony. Air conditioning throughout. The main shower room is newly refurbished and modern. The rest of the apartment has more of a traditional feel but is very clean and nicely decorated.

My only very small thing is that the mattresses could be a tiny bit more comfortable. Maybe just some mattress toppers for some added comfort. But if you prefer a harder mattress then you will be fine! I have definitely had much worse - but have also had much better. It wouldn’t stop me staying there again though - so not that bad!
