This property is centrally located, near to the main square, lots of restaurants, the port and the beach is only 5 minutes walk. The balcony is amazing - with additional upper sun roof which has amazing views and you can catch the last of the evening sun! There is plenty of space in the main living room and the kitchen is well equipped. Plenary of sun beds and umbrellas on the balcony. Air conditioning throughout. The main shower room is newly refurbished and modern. The rest of the apartment has more of a traditional feel but is very clean and nicely decorated.
My only very small thing is that the mattresses could be a tiny bit more comfortable. Maybe just some mattress toppers for some added comfort. But if you prefer a harder mattress then you will be fine! I have definitely had much worse - but have also had much better. It wouldn’t stop me staying there again though - so not that bad!

The size and location of the property was absolutely perfect for my group. The pool was exceptionally clean and quiet, perfect after a days cycling around Mallorca. The easy location to bars and restaurants was ideal for us too.

Situation, easy access to the town. Good pool and splendid balcony.
It would benefit from a walk in shower to make it completely accessible for less able visitors.
