The location is great - close to beach and shops.
Air conditioned well.
Lovely to have own pool. Quiet area.
Lots of Utensils and crockery in kitchen.
The shower heads in the second and third bedrooms were not working properly. Think the heads need a good clean and tightening. Dishwasher door dangerously drops rapidly. Kitchen unit doors & draws looking loose and tired with trim coming away. Decking dangerously loose in places, trip hazard and generally needs replacing asap.
Pool went cloudy after a week and green gathering at top of tiles. Put that down to a lot of use however.
We had cockroaches every night. Woke up to one or two in living area or kitchen but to be expected on ground floor.
Could do with an actual bin in kitchen rather than a bucket under the sink.

i was sent an email by booking.com with the wrong key box access code. . The villa managemant company provided correct code, try and join this up.

The villa is in a perfect location. It is clean and well furnished with a private pool which is not overlooked by anyone else
The decking is a wee bit tired and needs attention. That’s all. Otherwise it’s perfect.
