Excellent location, with beaches, lots of restaurants/bars and shops/supermarkets all within a minute or two walk so ideal for a relaxing beach holiday. Nice little square with restaurants and a small play area, lots of kids playing so would be good for running off some steam if you didn't want to go to the beach.
Car park also a couple of minutes walk, but managed to park on a street near the flat too.
Flat was very spacious, couple of little balconies and a nice big outdoor area (although the chairs/loungers were a bit underwhelming - no cushions we could find?).
Didn't use the kitchen facilities (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine ) so can't comment but it seemed well equipped.
Most of these are "would have been good if" rather than problems/issues.
Personal preference but the beds were really hard and the pillows too small/narrow.
Could have done with more seating in the living room area as the sofa really only sat 3 people so we took a chair from one of the bedrooms - if there were 6 adults, there would not have been enough!
Also would have liked a dressing table or maybe some drawers in the master bedroom - again, took a little table from one of the balconies to put hairdryer etc on for getting ready.
The boiler took AGES to get hot water to the taps/showers, and when 2 of us used a shower simultaneously it really struggled to feed both.

The location is perfect. A straight road, 1 minute walk to the waterfront. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. It was perfect for us to have our own space and its quite large. The terrace is an added bonus.
I didn't like the late check-in time and early check-out. It was inconvenient for us. Hotels offer better times of the usual 2pm check-in and 11/12 check-out.
More sound insulation is needed. The flat above was a little loud.
For some reason, none of the bedrooms had light bulbs. It has a very lightly illuminated ceiling stip light and lamp, but no actual ordinary room lights, so the room was pretty dark at night.

The property was open plan spacious with three good sized bedrooms. The two bathrooms were new with great walk in showers. There was also a great outdoor space attached to the property which had sun until 3.00pm each day. We also used the roof terrace to sunbathe which had sun all day. The property worked well for 2 adults and 3 teenagers as everyone had enough space.
The location was also perfect as it was central to everything. Round the corner from the square, 2 minutes walk down to the beach and a number of fantastic restaurants and bars. We also took a walk along the pine walk which was beautiful and a 10 minute taxi ride to Pollensa old town.
The property needs a chest of drawers in the master bedroom and more sun loungers. It would good to have a welcome book with instructions on how to use the appliances, WI-FI code, TV Chanel’s etc. Visitors could also leave recommendations which I always find helpful.
I should highlight, there is 15 steps up to the property and no lift.
