Location, modern and outdoor pool.

Beds, pillows not the best quality. Ironing board awful. Just these things improved would make huge difference

Location Spacious rooms Good for large family group Plenty of plates, cutlery etc for a big group Great to have a fridge down by the bbq too Nice welcome pack of snacks - thank you. Communication with rental company was good. Courtyard next to kitchen was always wet even when weather was hot - not sure if something was leaking. Plenty of space on top of terrace for hanging out towels.

The garden was almost always in the shade which meant we didn’t use the pool much It felt tatty/ dated in places - dated sofas with throws on, fridge with rust on the bottom of the door, old decking around the pool needs sorting, Some bathroom sealant / grouting needed doing. Hot water ran out after about 6 of us had showers! One bin in kitchen so no clear way to recycle No spare toilet rolls or bin bags so had to buy these Having to pay for electricity on top of rental price was annoying - never had to do this in any other rental.

Location so great! Right by the beach and restaurants

- the location was spot on for the beach, bars, supermarket and restaurants - does not get better in Pollensça. - the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent and it was very well equipped with all we needed. They even helped us rent a stairgate for my son. - the facilities like oven and fridge/freezer within and AC units in each room worked really well during a hot week. - the communication and flexibility from the agent was absolutely excellent. Seb was always available through WhatsApp or on the phone and met us at the property. - even though central, quiet at night or round the pool during the day. The pool was lovely to have.

- a couple of the sliding windows were not lockable which my wife did not like for security reasons. - the electric to the property tripped a few times if we used multiple appliances/hairdryer which wasn’t the end of the world, but you had to go downstairs to reset. - some of decking around the pool is a little tired and needs re-fixing.
