Ottima posizione e appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario
Essendo al piano terra la situazione era un po’ umida con odore di acqua stagnante in bagno.

Localização excelente, bem central, com várias estações de metrô próximas. Itens básicos disponibilizados (detergente, esponja, shampoo, condicionador, sabonete). Anfitrião atencioso, pudemos entrar 2 horas antes do horário.
Local com apenas 1 ventilador, os dois circuladores de ar não estavam funcionando direito, bem fraquinhos. Box do banheiro muito, muito estreito e o chuveiro não estava funcionando, só o chuveirinho. A máquina de lavar não está centrifugando direito, contudo, a roupa não fica pingando e seca muito rápido, no varal. O prédio está reformando o terceiro andar, mas o barulho respeita o horário e como fiquei fora o dia todo, não me atrapalhou.

un po poca cura nelle pulizie un forte odore di muffa e chiuso . teli da bagno macchiati . tende che si arrotolano ammuffite e muffa nelle pareti della doccia
