Sky High 2 Bedroom Apt Melbourne CBD Stay

The location is excellent. 1 block from Vic Market 1.25 block from Melbourne Central, close to transport and Woolworths on the corner of the building.

We felt the bathroom was small and could be a bit cleaner.

Modern and clean with a great shower and comfortable beds and great pillows

The photo of the room was not the same as the room Needed to provide a dish cloth

Hard to find where the keys were and after not being able to even get in until 3 as it turned out, Exhausting. Accommodation ok.. in infuture will be reception accom for us.

Book in at 3 extreme and exhausting for all day travellers. The key pu and lift situation not clear, perhaps that was just us. Being from the country, we r not used to this system. Prefer a reception desk and help. My generation😍

The location was good. The kitchen and equipment provided was fit for purpose. The staff responded quickly to issues that arose and were most helpful.

We stayed for 8 nights and therefore got to use everything. The washing machine had the water turned off - this was sorted within a few hours. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night ( battery problem) we had to disconnect after discussing with staff. One of the beds was very creaky - would wake a light sleeper. The sliding door had to be adjusted and oiled. These items wouldn’t have mattered if only staying for a night but over the course of the week added up. The staff did deal with matters expediently, but they shouldn’t have arisen.
