Great location and easy to get to, right near a supermarket which is handy.laundry was handy too

Odd odour that lingered. Not enough towels for a 4 night stay. The hosts didn’t tell me about the option for parking at $20 a day until I asked and had already spent so much on parking was a bit disappointing. The body wash and one half used shampoo was a bit lazy and gross. Really noisy in main room with ensuite as it backs on to the elevator. No information about where to leave rubbish

The location is excellent. 1 block from Vic Market 1.25 block from Melbourne Central, close to transport and Woolworths on the corner of the building.

We felt the bathroom was small and could be a bit cleaner.

Modern and clean with a great shower and comfortable beds and great pillows

The apartment was clean, with a lovely Art Deco vibe throughout the living areas and bedrooms. The hosts were pleasant, responsive, and accommodating, allowing us to check in three hours early at no extra cost. Parking was also affordable and secure, especially considering the location.

The walls and carpet could use some maintenance, as there were visible stains and marks. The elevator system was also tricky to navigate due to unclear signage and insufficient instructions from the host. There are two separate elevator systems accessible from the car park: the elevators labelled “Residents” service the higher floors, while guests staying on the lower floors need to take a different elevator to the lobby/shops before changing to another elevator. This setup was not immediately obvious, and clearer signage or instructions from the host would have made navigating the building much easier.
