Convenient location. Washer and drying machine available in the apartment as well as washing powder and plenty toiletries.

Check-in was really difficult as the proprietor refused to release the keys until a damage deposit was paid (even though the apartment was fully paid for in advance). This last-minute payment was requested after we had left home and my credit card was denied temporarily due to the currency difference. We eventually got it sorted. Check out at 9 AM was not flexible and really early.

The location was central and close to amenities and transport options. The apartment was cozy and neat, The owners, true to their word, refunded me the inconveniencing costs for temporarily non-working Wifi and a faulty washing machine.

The Wifi being down for the first day of my seven-day stay was a pain. Then the washing machine door would not open and my clothes were stuck inside for 2 days before a technician prised open the door and got them out. But then I could not use the washing machine at all during my stay. Also, it was mighty inconvenient to lug my clothes to the 24-hour laundry and get them washed. While the living room was nice, the particular mid-level floor I was on suffered from a lack of privacy as it looked right into the apartments of the other block. The curtains did not ensure complete privacy. The toilet seat was not completely aligned and the toilet lid used to always close. The owners could also have been a bit more generous with the coffee/sugar/creamer supplies and the dish-washing tablets.
