The location was excellent, so close to great places to eat and public transport. Check-in process was very straightforward and easy to follow. Hosts were fairly attentive as well.
The cleanliness of the property was unfortunately below expectations. Upon arrival, the bedroom carpet had visible hair and multiple stains, and the space overall felt quite dusty. The vacuum provided was not effective on carpet, which made it difficult to clean during our stay.
There was also black mold present in the shower. While we purchased cleaner and were able to remove it, this is something that should be addressed prior to guest arrival. Additionally, one of the towels appeared unclean, with residue on it.
Overall, this was disappointing, particularly in terms of cleanliness standards, which need significant improvement.
