This was our second time and we will be back again. The beds are comfortable & the views are spectacular. The location is also awesome. The staff are friendly & efficient and helpful.
Only negative is there was only 1x two seater couch in a 2 bedroom apartment that hosts up to 4x people. Just needed another lounge.

Well located - close to hardware lane and easy to walk to Bourke st mall or get trams further afield. Staff were helpful and prompt in fixing the bedside lamps that weren’t working.
Make sure to lock the door with the room key on your way out. The doors don’t lock instantly. It’s a safe residential building though so we weren’t too alarmed at having left the front door unlocked.

Location, quiet, well equipped. Lovely staff.
Very poor drainage in bathroom with shower and sink. Water does not drain quickly. Also shower water goes everywhere.
