Quiet location. Fair size well equipped property for a family of 4 with two small dogs.
A little bit too in the middle of nowhere. And driveway a little too narrow.

Lovely cottage with everything you could need . Dog friendly and secure garden . Fully equipped. Lovely 15min Walk across fields to hawkeshead .
Only negative were that the single beds were very uncomfortable and caused us both bad backs .

The location is excellent, very quiet
Access was difficult through the narrow gate, slate used to make low flowerbed walls shredded my tyre costing £400 to replace. Furnitute/decor is tired, hole in sofa, shower door fell off due to aged plastic, garden is not fully dog friendly.
Showers warm but very weak (could only use 1 shower due to door falling off )
