Spacious, well equipped, fantastic location, multiple bathrooms,
That Sykes Cottages are the overall booking company and any communication goes through them. They have a terrible automated customer helpline and they don’t respond. You will then get passed from person to person all via text as no one will call. Terrible system and company.

The property is right in the heart of Hawkshead and had everything we needed for our stay.The bed in the ‘master’ bedroom is extremely comfortable.
Only a minor point but I think the woodburning stove may need a service as it doesn’t burn very well or throw out much heat
$$$$
