Easy to find and access keys to get in. Plenty parking. Clean comfy and cosy. Had everything we needed from wifi, smart tv, towels, blankets to full kitchen, washer and dryer, like home away from home. Good location close to the Redwoods, motions, lakes and shops. Nice safe neighbourhood. Spa was great but went cold quick. Rotorua is cold in general so i blamed the weather.
Aircon kept turning off after a few minutes. Didn’t know how to keep the spa temp hot come 7-9pm if thats at all possible - no biggie though.

If your a keen mountain biker this property is perfect. Close to Forest, plenty of room for the bikes in the garage and the spa at the end of a great day riding is great. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and everything you need.

Location was awesome.
Loved the Laundry amenities and the dining table fitting more than 4 people.
The room set up were great too.
