The unit is very clean with an amazing view. I received the door key on the day of my check-in. Super quiet area.
When I arrived, a new elevator security has been added to reach the unit level, but the owner didn't know it, it was brand new. But probably this information will be in the requirement when you arrive. Also, toilet hose must be changed.

The place, it's location, friendly staff.
There were small bugs in the room, an insect spray would have been handy but could not find any.
It would have been also nice if the accommodation had a flat iron and blow dryer handy.

Balcony - The view
Hot water dispenser and portable induction are not working.
And the staff - they don’t know how to assist the guests.
