Location was very convenient for a pleasant walk into the centre of Bude and to the beaches along the river and canal paths. There was parking for two average-sized cars on the drive so no juggling or fighting for spaces. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable, a pleasure to stay in.
The dustbins weren't emptied while we were there. The handbook said to leave bins out on Tuesday evening ready for collection on Wednesday, but we saw the collection lorry pass on Tuesday morning while we were preparing to go out. The bins were already sited just inside the drive in front of the cars, easy to see and collect but the collectors didn't empty them. We left the bins on the pavement on Tuesday evening but no collection was made on Wednesday.

Everything we needed and wanted was a short stroll away, Bude is a friendly and varied town with great beaches and good bars, the house was a very comfortable well equipped base for us.
Not to keen on the bath , it’s tiny!
