This fabulously quirky, detached cottage rests in Bude, Cornwall and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
Otterburn House is a fantastic detached cottage resting in Bude, Cornwall. Hosting four bedrooms including two king-sizes with en-suite shower rooms, and two twin rooms along with a bathroom and a shower room, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also an open-plan kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug with a TV and a conservatory. Outside, there is a large garden with a lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub, table tennis, pond, annexe and a barbecue. Otterburn House offers all you need for a fantastic holiday to Cornwall. NO Stag or Hen Parties are accepted at this property. Please note: Please enquire first, regarding Saturday arrivals in Summer

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and beach towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Ample off-road parking. Garden with lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub and table tennis and BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome (additional pets can be brought along by prior arrangement with owner). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 0.7 miles, beach 1.8 miles. Note: There is a pond in the garden, therefore children must be supervised at all times. Note: No Stag or Hen Parties are accepted at this property. Note: The Annexe with double bed available for booking at additional fee. Note: there are steps to access the front door of the house and there are steps between some rooms in the house. Note: the main staircase is a little steep.
