The Lodge was spectacular more than we ever thought , so clean and extra modern 😍 we absolutely loved it.

Clean, comfortable with well appointed facilities.
We had trouble accessing subscription services on two of the televisions and were promised next morning attention that did not happen. When, as a courtesy to the business, not to complain, we tried to explain to the receptionist the issues we had had, a rude gentleman intervened, spoke over the top of myself and the receptionist, not listening and proceeded to imply that I had done something wrong. The conversation concluded because I chose to walk away. NB. The issue was that when attempting to log into my account on each app, I would be taken to the Samsung tv ‘open an account’ page. As a result, we were only ever able to view Freeview tv.
