The house itself was really nice, clean and comfortable. Location for the town centre and beach was fantastic.
Parking was stressful. Street parking wasn't guaranteed and had to park in a far street once. Dedicated parking at rear is on an uneven track, only really for a small car, and you have to reverse out onto the street.

House and garden needs TLC
Windows were so dirty on outside
Garden furniture was uncomfortable
Double bed, no headboard
Single beds were uncomfortable
No wardrobes
Inadequate rubbish collection/no recycling options.
Parking - very small space at the rear on a really badly cared for track and 1st come 1st served at front of property.
Unable to sleep in bedroom on the top floor due to the heat and velux window on stairs wouldn't stay open.

Super clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen and excellent location for walking into town and the beaches.
Minor thing but the outdoor furniture could do with a clean (thanks to the seagulls)!
