Great location with easy access to metro and plenty of space.

Location is great. Lots of space. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Host was very responsive.

We received the wrong lock box code but Leo was very responsive when we reached out. We were there for 9 days but only were very little toilet paper or things like coffee or dishwasher pods.

Great stay near the Marais.

The location was great with lots of atmosphere and plenty of places to eat and drink. There was a well stocked supermarket close by where we could also leave our bags (book through Nannybag.com). The apartment was quirky but spacious, the beds were comfortable and the showers were good. The kitchen was well enough equipped for our short stay, and It was lovely to have a coffee pod machine. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the check in instructions were very clear. We had a great time. Thank you Leo.

Being a basement apartment we found it rather airless and stuffy, but when we contacted Leo about this he immediately arranged for extra fans to be delivered. This made all the difference. What a host!

Excellent, unique apartment in an excellent location

Leo’s apartment was a treat. It is located in an excellent area, safe and quiet but there are great bars and restaurants around the corner. Public transport a block away. The apartment is so unusual but in a good way. We were a family with 3 teens who loved the uniqueness of the place. The younger generation enjoyed the projector and full-wall screen. We didn’t use the sauna or gym but they are there. Leo was a great host, responding very quickly to our messages, and really trying to accommodate our requests. Overall, we would definitely stay here again if we visit Paris.

The only drawback is the staircase to the basement rooms which is spiral and narrow so getting luggage down was slightly challenging.

We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was a very nice place. We enjoyed the convenience of having a functional kitchen, an area for exerise and a place to relax with a wall projector. It was conveniently located with easy access to the metro and a grocery store down the road.

The stairway to the basement was very narrow. The mattresses were a bit firm.

Was close to metro and excellent supermarket. Unique property within walking distance of Place des Vosges and Marais area.

Magnifique!

L'appartement est idéalement placé dans Paris. Bien décoré et aménagé avec goût dans ce qui ressemble à une ancienne boutique avec des pierres apparentes qui font voyager dans le temps.

Malheureusement, l'architecture de la cave avec des conduits d'aération qui mènent dans la rue peuvent apporter quelques inconforts à cause des bruits extérieurs. Il y a pire que ça dans la vie... Un grille-pain dans la cuisine serait la seule chose qui nous a manqué dans le séjour.

l'emplacement proche du métro dans un quartier calme, la déco de l'appart, les contacts avec l'hôte, le confort de la literie

petit couac pour ouvrir la boite à clés. Le code ne marchait pas. Très bonne réactivité de l'hôte mais heureusement que ce n'était pas 2h du matin

Ruidos del metro en las habitaciones, y en las del sub suelo, ruido de edificios vecinos, muy molestos. También me pareció desubicado que el siguiente pasajero esperara una hora en los sillones del pallier del departamento q yo tenia alquilado.

Dans l'ensemble bonne expérience

Logement très propre, bien équipé, très bien placé . Le propriétaire est arrangeant sur l'heure d'arrivée. Il y a des dosettes de café et le nécessaire de toilette, shampoing,savon... ce sont des petits plus apprécies. Supermarchés très proches et de nombreux bons restos

Petit bémol concernant le bruit, le logement étant en sous sol et à proximité de la station "chemin vert," on entend fort le métro, et les discussions de la rue via les bouches d aération. Il n y a pas de fenêtre mis à part l'entrée.

Boendet levde inte riktigt upp till våra förväntningar, rummen i källaren var väldigt varma men ch det stod en avfuktare och lät som vi dessutom behövde tömma på vatten.

"Estadía cómoda y perfecta en el Marais"

Nuestra estadía en este departamento fue sencillamente maravillosa. Ubicado en pleno Marais, una de las zonas más encantadoras y vibrantes de París, ofrece la combinación perfecta de tranquilidad y cercanía a todo. Las calles circundantes invitan a caminar y perderse entre boutiques, cafés y plazas, y el acceso al transporte público es inmejorable. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y con una decoración impecable. Todo está pensado para disfrutar como en casa: la cocina está totalmente equipada con vajilla y utensilios de alta calidad, ideal para quienes prefieren una cena tranquila después de un día explorando la ciudad. Un verdadero lujo fue descubrir el sauna seco, perfecto para relajarse al final del día, y la sala de proyección, donde disfrutamos de una buena película en total confort. Sin duda, una experiencia inolvidable y un lugar al que volveré en futuras visitas a París.

Si bien la experiencia fue prácticamente perfecta, a veces el ruido de los trenes y de la calle sobre todo de madrugada resultaban levemente molestos. Un detalle menor en comparación con todo lo bueno que ofrece este lugar."
