It’s a very romantic Parisian apartment, French vibes are all around. It’s a pleasure to be awaken by the bells of Saint Sulpice cathedral, the views are breathtaking. The location is wonderful, we went to Louvre and Opera Garnier on foot, to the Eiffel tour by bus 86, the bus stop is near the Caffe de la Marie. All the questions we had were answered by the host.
We didn’t expect to climb up and down 7 floors with luggage, without luggage, every time we got out. So better read the reviews in advance, not only the description, and better not forget anything at home, so you don’t have to go up one more time and take it:)

L’emplacement était parfait : central mais parfaitement calme.
La seule petite amélioration à apporter à mes yeux serait d’installer des rideaux occultants pour pouvoir dormir le matin, même quand le soleil se lève tôt.

Tolles Appartement , Lage perfekt , Terrasse auch sehr schön .
Das Bad war so klein , dass man die Türe offen lassen musste . Zudem hatte es keinen oberen Anschluss , heißt es war offen zum Appartement. Duschgel etc war nur als Restbestände der Vermieter vorhanden . Ich finde für einen Preis von 284€ sollte da doch mehr geboten werden .
