Appartement idéalement situé. Parfait pour partir à pied vers Panthéon, Jardin du Luxembourg, Notre Dame, les bords de la Seine, etc.

Lovely newly remodeled apqrtment with exceptionally comfortable bedroom and quiet peaceful location , ground floor especially good for older knees . Nice little well appointed kitchen for making simple soft boiled egg breakfasts before adventuring
There is a tricky step between kitchen and living room and I would guess this apqrtment on bottom ground floor is nicest in summertime and early fall as it's abit cool on cold rainy days

This apartment is very nice. It appears to have been recently renovated and is well equipped. We really enjoyed the location.
There are large old wooden shutters on the windows and they block out the light. I tried to open one but the safety bar was difficult to move and with the apartment being on the ground floor we thought it was better to leave them closed and locked. If you are bothered by the lack of natural light like I am it is something to consider when booking the apartment. Also, the listing mentions a courtyard but there wasn’t any furniture out there so it wasn’t useful.
