Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior. Any harassment or verbal abuse directed toward our staff will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to €800.
Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.
Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.
Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to €800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
Late Check-In: €50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; €90 after 10:00 PM. After 1:00 AM: €120
Late Check-Out: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at the full nightly rate.
Keys: Lost or damaged keys/key fobs will incur a fee of €200 for keys and €300 for key fobs. Please follow the check-out process carefully to ensure keys are returned as directed.
Mail and Packages: No deliveries or mail may be sent to this address due to privacy concerns. Any unapproved items will be refused.
Maintenance Requests: We work with the property management team to address maintenance issues. Non-urgent issues (e.g., blinds, curtains) will be addressed after any emergency needs.

No Parties: A strict no-party policy is enforced. Violations (parties, gatherings, or unapproved guests) will incur a fine of up to €10,000.

Very confusing keys pickup/dropoff procedure instructions.Need to walk with GPS to a laundromat not on same Street which is kind of not user/guests friendly.A Short Term rental flat w/No microwave in Century 21 Is incredible. Instructions for ckin/ckout like w/keys,Is aswell confusing.Appliances instructions are not clear. Everything Is thru Videos which are not as Easy for guests to understand.The cooking stove they give for granted guests Will turn it ON-we stayed 5 nights AND only used the coffee maker 'cause never succeeded 2turn stove ON-there's only a paper filter coffeemaker Style one not an expresso Style one.It filters very light coffee without milk since there's no Way to heat it.Overallplace Is ok location Is prime.Good heating for winter very safe quarter First floor quité clean just 1poubelle was full of previous guests garbage in the shower bedroom W/C.But we ok'd.Ckout at 10am Sharp means going to bed early night before in order to make it possible for4 To be ready &stepout by 9:30 since you have to walk back again to the laundromat for dropping keys.Looks like Intnl London Is not an owner but just a manager of many Short Terms.Their emails give impression you are dealing w/bots or receiving templates.Place Is ok but for the price you would think you'll be served More pleasantlyfull.Few instructions sounded blunt,anticlimatic orEVEN displeasant.My personal impression(?)Could be.But Is not an owner/Guest rapport.Clearly dealing w/a company not w/your hostBut ok
