Atarazanas Suite, Atico con terraza

The property was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The beautiful terrace was a perfect place to relax and enjoy some quiet time. The location was wonderful, with a local market nearby where we could easily buy fresh products and other essentials. The air conditioning was also a great plus, especially now on these warmer days.

Amazing appartment with nice terrasse, and living room facilities. We especially enjoyed the outside seating area which was sunny and had an amazing view. Also located nicely in the city, just beside a nice food hall/market where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables!

If we have to pinpoint something it would be the lack og proper ammenities in the kitchen. There was e.g. no cutting board, the wine opener was not working and there was no cooking oil, og spices (except salt) to be found - which is not very convinient for a short stay.

The location and outside space are wonderful. It’s hard to find peace and quiet with such a good location for exploring everything on foot.

The furniture outside wasn’t particularly comfortable to sit on which is a shame as you can’t really make the most of the terrace. We couldn’t figure out how to use the hob and there wasn’t really any helpful info left for us to follow. We found a lack of wine glasses and broken wine opener a little disappointing. The check in process would benefit from an international/ multi language approach as communication wasn’t the easiest. Perhaps a pre translated document to follow would be easier. The entrance & lobby would also benefit from some modernising.

We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this apartment to others visiting Málaga. The location was excellent, right next to Málaga Market and only around a 10-minute walk from the city centre, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The rooftop area was a particular highlight and a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or start the day in the early morning sunshine. The apartment was also very well equipped, with a washing machine, kitchen facilities, and a TV for entertainment. It felt very much like a home away from home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There were a couple of minor issues. One of the towels provided appeared to be brand new and still had the barcode tag attached, which suggested it had not been washed before being placed out for guests. Additionally, the lift broke down on our last day, meaning we had to use the stairs. While this was not the fault of the hosts, it was a little inconvenient. Overall, these were minor drawbacks and did not detract significantly from our experience. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property.
