Very spacious, comfortable, well located, parking on site
Additional security charged which was returned, all the rules and codes to enter the building and apartment, a little overwhelming at the beginning. Then you get used to it.

Central location, parking in garage within the price, well equipped, great shower, good isolation during the night for sleeping, very good and comfortable bed.
Appartment needs general maintenance (like wall painting and deeper cleaning). Also sofa in living room must be replaced asap in case there is more than 2 persons in accomodation. In case of wanting additional towels, which for longer stays is a case, you are left in the bag new towels but it needs to be additionally paid. The idea of giving 100€ deposit is not something we liked, but we get the idea of forcing people to take care of accomodation.

Tolle Lage direkt in der Stadt, aber relativ ruhig. Spielplatz vor dem Haus, super mit kleinen Kindern. Prima Ausstattung und Apartment war gross genug für 4 Personen (2 kleine Kinder).
Der Boden war gar nicht sauber, das Schlafsofa total unbequem und die Kommunikation für den Checkin war schwierig.
