La struttura è in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e piena di verde. Il parcheggio gratuito in strada è proprio di fronte alla struttura. L'interno è finemente ristrutturato, moderno ma comunque accogliente. La camera è molto bella con un bell'armadio e un letto comodissimo e un bagno molto spazioso. Gradito il kit di cortesia. Il terrazzino ottimo plus. Il tutto super pulito. Le indicazioni per il check in in autonomia sono state utili e si è tutto svolto tranquillamente.
La macchinetta del caffè era purtoppo fuori uso. Nonostante fossero giorni festivi, è stata sostituita velocemente ma non era comunque di grande qualità. Mancava il phon in camera.
