Ottima struttura automatizzata nell'ingresso dell'edificio e dell'appartamento, personale gentile; stanza comoda con ottimo bagno con doccia, letto comodo. Ottima aria condizionata individuale ed acqua calda immediatamente disponibile.
La cucina era tremendamente sporca con un cattivissimo odore continuativamente per i cinque giorni di soggiorno; chiaramente dipende dagli ospiti, ma in 5 giorni il proprietario sarebbe potuto passare e se ne sarebbe accorto.

La cama era muy amplia y se estaba muy agusto
el lavabo tragaba el agua muy despacio, la ducha salia disparada para todos los lados y la manta que estaba en la cama picaba un poco

Il faudrait mieux expliquer la procédure OBLIGATOIRE pour entrer dans le bâtiment, d’autant plus que celui-ci est assez difficile à trouver. L’établissement est mal référencé sur Booking, car il est indiqué comme un hôtel alors qu’il s’agit en réalité d’une location de chambres. Enfin, il se situe à environ 15 minutes du métro et assez loin des principales attractions touristiques.
