Прекрасное местоположение, в квартире достаточно чисто. В санузле и на кухне работал теплый пол. Хорошие кондиционеры. В квартире две идентичные спальни с кроватями кинг-сайз и кухня-гостиная. Бесконтактное заселение ночью. После выселения до вечера багаж оставили на хранение у работницы за умеренную плату.
Не было туалетного мыла. Договорились о времени выезда 11:00, но работница пришла и начала уборку в 10:40. Завершать сборы, переодеваться нашей семье пришлось при чужом человеке в квартире под звуки пылесоса. Может это такой способ контроля неблагочестивых арендаторов, не знаю, я с таким впервые столкнулась.

Отличное расположение, тихий двор, рядом кафе и магазины. Советую рядом кофейню Сафия. До достопримечательностей ездили на такси, но при хорошей погоде можно и пешком пройтись

Хозяева все время были на связи, что очень важно. Квартира большая, со всеми удобствами и современным, новым ремонтом, в тихом, приятном месте. Единственное, было прохладно в квартире, пока была температура за окном около нуля. Могу смело посоветовать данную квартиру как для одного человека, так и для всей семьи. Две отдельные, большие спальни + большая и уютная гостиная.

The bath tub curtain dirty. Curtain missing in dining area. No coffee table or end tables. The electricity cut out before 9:30 am on day of departure. We sent the owner notice that the electricity was off and the owner never responded.
