1. Everything is good. 2. The location is near the metro. 3. The apartment is big, cozy & homey, it can accommodate big group of guests. 4. There are 3 separate rooms, 1st room has 1 single bed & 1 bunk bed. 2nd room has 1 queen bed 3rd room has 1 single bed 5. Living room not only spacious, but offered another 3 sofa bed. 6. There are lots of shops & eateries nearby. 7. The owner & the staff are very kind, generous & accommodating. The owner allowed us to stay longer after the check out time for free. We even forgot that we brought the house keys with us to the airport & the owner is ok about it. 8. The apartment is on the 5th floor & has an elevator. Other older apartments usually do not have elevators. 9. There is hot water running, heater radiators in every room which is crucial especially during autumn & winter time. 10. The kitchen is complete with a fridge, microwave, stove with oven, hot water at the sink and coffee machine as well. 11. The owner also provided a washing machine, iron & boards.

Nothing. This apartment is perfect & recommended to travellers in big groups.

The apartment had what we needed for 5 people: enough beds, a living room, kitchen, a dining table, AC, hot water etc. Even an iron and ironing board. In front of the windows are trees. So overall good value for money. It is in a nice neighborhood, with a few restaurants and a supermarket. It is not close to any attractions, but only 5 min walk from a metro station. The metro system is cheap and efficient.

2 ACs only: in the living room and in 1 of the 3 bedrooms. With 40-42 C outside the ACs struggled to keep the living rooms cool at night. Some of the beds are very hard. So is the sofa. The building itself is dirty and run down (but not inside the apartment).

فقط مدخل باب العماره بعد مايفتح يحتاج لترتيب المدخل والمصعد يحتاج صيانه لان مخيف وهو يصعد للأدوار الاخرى والكنبات اللتي فالشقه الاسبرنق طالع إلى الخارج لا نستطيع الجلوس فوقه بسبب الحديد القديم فيه
