Комнаты комфортабельные, в каждой есть кондиционер. Сам дом уютный и комфортабельный.

Старая советская 3-комнатная просторная квартира в элитном советском доме в самом центре в окружении правительственных учреждений. Напротив дома - канал Анхор. Зеленая зона. Тихо, так как транспорта мало. Просыпаешься от пения птиц за окном. Все удобства и принадлежности в наличии. Хозяева гостеприимны, всегда на связи.
Нет поблизости магазинов (правительственная зона). Если не арендовать авто, то надо далековато идти. Но есть автобусная остановка напротив.

Все понравилось : и местоположение и закрытая территория и сама квартира. Сталинка 39 года с потолками около 4 метров. Просторно.
Мелочи: не было тёмных штор, просыпались с рассветом.
