The location is excellent, very close to the metro station, making it easy to get anywhere. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. There are shops nearby where you can buy water and snacks, as well as a Korzinka supermarket. It was especially convenient for our family to be able to cook meals with fresh vegetables and use the washing machine. The owner was also extremely kind and helpful, so we felt completely comfortable and had nothing to worry about during our stay.
The only downside was that there was no elevator. Other than that, there was nothing negative about our stay.

L'appartement est grand et confortable. Le métro est à 5 minutes et les restaurants sont tout proches. Mais nous avons surtout apprécié la qualité de l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Timur. Nous pensons revenir pour notre vol retour car le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable à Taschkent.

Комфортно, уютно, много места, чисто, хозяин квартиры очень отзывчивый и не требует дополнительных плат, в аппаратаментах было всё что нужно для комфорта, стиральная машинка, чистое белье, много спального места, кухня оборудована полностью, утюг, телевизор, кондиционеры. Основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Мы обязательно еще вернемся
