расположение очень удобно, рядом есть все что-нужно, магазин 24/7, кафе и рестораны, паб + 2 станции метро, при желании до сквера Амир Тимура можно дойти пешком.
недостатков не обнаружил, всё соответствовало или даже превзошло наши ожидания.

Нас встретили очень радушно. Хозяин квартиры по приезду сразу с нами связался. Наш уже ждали. Квартира светлая и просторная. Атмосфера приятная, а какие виды из окон. Для семьи 4 человек: двое взрослых и двое детей места просто много, никто не мешает. Квартира находится в пешей доступности до Пасс Центр (ж/д). А все главные достопримечательности в пару минутах езды, если любите гулять то и пешком можно, моему 3.5 годовалому сыну по плечу было. Рядом имеется все, от магазинов, аптек, кафешек, в доме есть банк поменять валюту, так же есть рента машины. Район очень спокойный. Ташкент создан просто для пеших прогулок. Мы не сколько не пожалели в выборе квартиры!!! А хозяева очень отзывчивые и приятные люди!!! Если ещё поедем то обязательно вернёмся к Вам!!!

Расположение квартиры просто самое лучшее!
Не понравилось то что нам дали только 1 ключ на всю толпу. Еще неделю не было горячей воды
