Ocean View 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in Solana Beach and Tennis Club. Ocean views throughout this top floor single story unit. This condo has unique and original colorful and joyful art. High speed internet provided. This condo has a shared east facing balcony & a private west facing balcony to enjoy. Washer and Dryer in Unit."
Main bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king. Condo comes with 2 dedicated parking spaces in the garage with plenty of street and daytime guest parking (north lot). 1 flight of stairs is required to access the elevator from the parking garage to the condo. In the event that the elevators are down or under maintenance, climbing multiple flights of stairs would be required to get to the condo on the third floor.
The complex features an all year round heated swimming pool, two hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, HOA Clubhouse and direct beach access at the southwest edge of complex.
*Please note: There is no AC in this unit. Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze.
*For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages.
*Solana Beach & Tennis club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts.
*This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking.
