This property allows two vehicles: one in the driveway and one in the nearby overflow lot with provided parking passes—no garage access, and parking on the street or grass is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine.
Gas or charcoal grills are not permitted. All units are non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.

Adjoining the kitchen is a lovely dining room with seating for four, a breakfast bar, and another dining area with seating for five. The marvelous kitchen is complete with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal and dine in.
The master suite is striking with a beautiful king-size bed, TV, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and a private bath suite. The second bedroom has a king bed, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a dresser. Another full bath serves the second and third bedrooms.
