The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautifully decorated, reasonable price, nice location, very quiet neighborhood. Three bedrooms sleep six and a comfortable pull out couch. My grandchildren loved waking up and going out on the balcony and watching all the turtles in the pond! Only downside was that you had to go to the next town over to pick up and return the parking pass and although it sleeps eight only one parking space was allowed. Other than that it was very nice and I would recommend if you don't mind those two inconveniences
