Fulham studio flat

The location was good. We liked that there were kitchen facilities and that everything that we would need was provided The host advised details of the property and the location of the keys timeously The price was reasonable for the location There is a nice TV provided

The place is too cluttered - there is unnecessary furniture in the flat for the size (it is small) Even though there is a washing machine, it would be extremely difficult to use it due to the space constraints The cleanliness was not great. The mat was dirty and under the bed had not been cleaned in a while The bed is not very comfortable We were there for about 11 nights and never received clean towels or sheets in the time that we were there I asked if it would be possible for a later checkout on our departure date but received no response from the host or when I did confirm that we had left the property at the correct time (I requested the later checkout on Monday for our departure on Friday)

Very Small flat suitable for one person (the one I had anyway as there are others). Despite it's size was well kitted out with cooker, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer and plenty of utensils and crockery. Flat was clean with good towels provided. Self check-in with clear instructions given by the owner via WhatsApp. Flat located in a very nice residential street in Fulham which is great area of London and very safe. Good value for money.

Flat is really small so fine for a 2 or 3 night stay but probably not for longer. It's in a converted old property so not purpose built so there will always be compromises but this is very typical of London for this type of property.
