A great stay in Paris!

We liked the location and the cleanliness of the place. The place looked as the pictures. The hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed our time in Paris. I would book it again.

We were 4 adults. We didn’t like that they only left us 2 big towels to use after the shower and the rest of us had to use medium towels to dry ourselves. We didn’t have enough towels or toilet paper for 6 nights stay. We were told to pay extra for towels and toilet paper - it was my first time experiencing this. Since we were only given 2 toilet paper rolls, we had to buy more for the last 2 days of our stay.

Die Lage zur Metro

Es tut uns sehr Leid, aber wir würden nicht mal einen Stern vergeben. Ich weiß nicht was andere Leute von Sauberkeit verstehen, aber wir haben uns richtig geekelt in dieser Wohnung. Das Bad war sehr verschmutzt und die Dusche verschimmelt, es roch auch sehr unangenehm. Es klebten noch überall die Zahnpastareste vom Vorgänger an den Wänden und dem Spiegelschrank, zwischen Dusche und Kommode lag Müll. Die Lüftung im Bad war nur zu erahnen, denn sie war so verdreckt das man es so nicht erkennen konnte. Die Küche war zweckmäßig, aber auch sehr ekelhaft, die Töpfe und Pfannen konnten aus hygienischen Gründen von uns nicht genutzt werden, obwohl wir uns gerne Selbstverpflegt hätten. Die Kaffeepadmaschine war unbrauchbar mit den Kapseln die zur Verfügung standen, denn es waren die falschen Pads. Im Wohnzimmer fehlte der Couchtisch, denn der lag defekt im Schlafzimmerschrank, es war sehr ungemütlich, wie in einer Bahnhofshalle. Im Schlafzimmer war auch nur eine Decke bezogen, diese war auch noch viel zu klein für den defekten Bezug der aufgezogen war. Es gestaltetet sich auch schwierig in die Wohnung zu gelangen…es wurde im Apartment geklingelt, so wie auf dem Video beschrieben, aber es öffnete keiner…zum Glück das ein junger Mann kam, der uns mit hinein genommen hat…Das schlimmste fanden wir auch noch, das wenige Tage zuvor eine Kaution in Höhe von 400 Euro verlangt wurde (dies stand bei der Buchung nirgends) sonst wird uns der Zutritt zur Wohnung verweigert. Ehrlich gesagt, sollte man etwas ändern um das Apartment aufrecht zu erhalten…wir sind ehrlich, nie nie wieder dieses Apartment

Prima, dichtbij metro en Stade de France

Prachtig en ruim appartement, de badkamer was alleen niet erg schoon (luchtroosters vol stof en veel kalk in de douche, de douchekop bleef ook niet goed staan), de rest van het appartement was wel schoon. Netjes opgemaakte bedden en de keuken was schoon, om echt te koken mis je wel wat benodigdheden. Het appartement heeft een woonkamer met een grote tv en een slaapbank, een tafel met voldoende zitplaatsen. Basic ingericht en toch sfeervol. Ook is er gedacht aan ventilatoren. Dichtbij de metro en meerdere supermarkten. Gratis parkeren in de garage onder het winkelcentrum. In de avond is de sfeer rondom het winkelcentrum een beetje grimmig, maar overdag is het gezellig, zeker als er markt is. We kwamen voor een concert in het Stade de France, daarvoor was dit de perfecte afstand (1 halte en 10 minuten lopen). Parijs (bijvoorbeeld de Eiffeltoren) ligt op een half uur reizen met lijn 13. De conciërge was erg geduldig en vriendelijk.

Paris un oraș foarte murdar și scump !!! Am fost mai mult pt a vede parcul Disney

În primul rând gazdă foarte arogantă,am făcut rezervare prin booking cu plata cazării integrală înainte,după ce am rezervat,la câteva zile proprietarul mi-a cerut încă 350€ garanție … Cu o zi înainte de a începe vacanța am cerut codul de la ușă,refuzând să mi-l dea !! În ziua în care am ajuns la locație nu a vrut să îmi dea codul de la ușă secundară de la intrare în bloc ! Am avut noroc cu un curier ca s-a întâmplat să deschidă ușa și așa am urcat la aparatament,apoi am stat ceva timp în fața ușii să ne trimită codul de acces pt a putea intra în apartament…dar ne-a mai cerut iarăși bani 30€ Ca sa ne deschidă ușa ! Dacă acel curier nu deschidea ușa proprietarul nu vroia să deschidă și sigur dormeam pe afară cum să mai întâmplat altor clienți ! Apartamentul se află într-un cartier foarte periculos noaptea,nu poți ieși afară în siguranță! Proprietarul este o mizerie Evitați acesta locație

J’ai séjourné dans ce logement avec ma famille et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est spacieux, confortable et parfaitement conforme aux photos. Il bénéficie d’une proximité immédiate avec les transports en commun, notamment le tramway et le métro, qui permettent de rejoindre Paris rapidement et facilement. Les lits étaient très confortables, l’appartement bien équipé, avec une grande télévision, et le système d’arrivée autonome était particulièrement pratique. L’hôte était agréable, réactif et très disponible, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. De plus, la propreté des lieux était impeccable. Je recommande à 1000 % ce logement, aussi bien pour un séjour en famille que pour un séjour entre amis.

Большая трехкомнатная квартира со всеми удобствами, даже с посудомоечной машиной. Есть большой холодильник. Жилой комплекс на закрытой территории. Рядом много магазинов и метро. Недалеко от базилики Сен-Дени.

На сайте не было написано про гарантийный депозит. Однако оказалось, что депозит нужен: 300 евро. Мы на это не рассчитывали и во многом выбрали этот вариант потому, что не было написано про депозит. Депозит вернули, но позже, чем через 10 дней, и пришлось напоминать о нём. Мы уж думали, что не вернут. Недостаточно крючков в душе. Одежду и полотенца повесить некуда. Не смогли понять, как пользоваться кофемашиной. Подозреваю, что капсулы к ней не подходили. Мало розеток на кухне. Если включаешь чайник, нужно выключить тостер. И наоборот. Пригород Сен-Дени - район мигрантов. Не очень чисто, много выходцев из Африки и Арабских стран. Выходить на улицу после заката было неуютно. Впрочем, мы сознательно экономили. Внутри Периферик за такую цену не снимешь.

Appartement approprié avec une situation géographique accèssible

Nous avons aimé la propreté de l'appartement et surtout le conform. L'établissement est situé dans le 93 (St Denis) en effet un quartier assez mouvementé mais cela nous à absolument pas dérangé. Nous étions près de la distination finale pour la quelle nous étions venu et tout les commerçants à proximité. N'oublions surtout pas le parking sous terrain Indigo qui est réellement disponsable dans cette région de Paris. Le hôte était facillement joignable également par téléphone, car nous n'avions pas reçu d'emblé la vidéo expliquant l'accès à l'appartement.

Peut-être l'atmosphère du bâtiment assez "getto" mais absolument pas dérangeant.
