Property owner was very friendly and communicated with us in a timely manner. We would recommend this apartment for a small family and would definitely comeback ourselves.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were a little harder than we like but bedrooms nice size. Found it odd that there wasn’t a sink in the toilet room or top sheets on the beds. Nice kitchen and living room, loved the views from the deck, you could see the Eiffel Tower. Was able to make dinner every night. The washing machine worked well. Also just note there is no dryer just a drying rack so it takes a little longer. Both train, subway and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment provided everything we needed and is very spacious - two bedrooms with a queen bed each as well as a third bedroom with two separate beds - ideal for kids or teenagers. The living/dining room is very large. and the kitchen includes everything needed for making some basic meals while on vacation. There is even a balcony with view of Sacre Coeur in the distance. The host was very responsive and answered any queries quickly. The check-in and departure instructions were easy to follow and we did not have any issues. The apartment is located between two main train/metro track lines, which means it is noisy when you sit outside or have the windows open. The windows and the house however are extremely well insulated and when the windows are closed you hardly hear any outside noise. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would come back to this location if we visit Paris again

My boys and I enjoyed the property. The location was walkable near metro, pharmacy, restaurants, & markets. You can even see the Eiffel Tower from the terrace. It was centrally located. We appreciated that it had lots of courtesy basics I.e. salt, seasonings, courtesy bottled water, etc. in the cabinets unlike other rentals. I’d definitely stay again.

The host was unbelievably kind and gracious to our family and was very accommodating. Our flight was canceled and took us three days to get another flight, but the host was flexible and allowed us to modify the dates. The apartment is spacious and well stocked with everything travelers would need for a stay. The host is also very responsive, which really helped when we had questions. The apartment is within walking distance to the Metro, which really helped us get around Paris. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have a family.

This property is absolutely lovely. The 3 bedrooms are large and beds comfortable. The bathrooms are good sized. The kitchen & living room are very large and well lit. The building is very quiet with great views. Trains are close as are dining options and a terrific grocery store. There is a wonderful bakery less than a 10 minute walk. Loved this apartment.

The apartment was very adequate for our group of 4 adults. The Metro station is a 10 minute walk which will take you anywhere you need to go in Paris. The train to Versailles took about 45 minutes. There is also a small grocery store next to the Metro station.

We absolutely loved the apartment. The property manager showed up early to let us in so we could drop off our luggage. He didn’t have too but he did. He told me that we could come back to the apartment a couple of hours later to check in. He then found out we didn’t have anything to do so he let us check in early. He was afraid that we would say something bad about the place because there were some crumbs on the counter. I told him this is cleaner than my house. If or when we come back, I will definitely be staying here.

This apartment was perfect for our stay. It’s spacious and clean with all the amenities that we needed and more! It’s very close to the train station making it very easy to make our way around Paris each day. The neighborhood is very friendly and inviting. The owner is very responsive and kind.

We enjoyed a great stay in this lovely appartment. It's well situated in walking distance to the Stade de France, where we went to see a concert. It lies close by to the metro station and there was also a grocery store and bakery nearby. It was clean and well equiped with everything you need. We even cooked a meal in the kitchen. It also features a nice little terrace with a view of Sacre Coeur. Farouk welcomed us very friendly at our arrival and showed us around within the appartment. We were also offered to park our car in the garage. Overall a nice place to stay, which I can highly recommend.

The apartment was very spacious and seemed very clean. Initially, we were very happy with the property. However, on the 2nd night there, I killed a small big on the bed spread. I let the owner know. He then asked me if I was sure it was a bug. The next night, I saw, took a picture and killed a bigger bug. As it turned out, it was a bed bug. I ended up with 20-25 bites. We moved the next day. I sent the owner a picture of the bug pre and post killing it. He seemed to be responsive initially but never offered a refund for our stay. He offered a different property overlooking the Eiffel Tower on a subsequent visit to Paris and suggested we stay in contact. I have since been ghosted. He never admitted to looking at the pictures I emailed him of the multiple bites I sustained. I have been to l in touch with VRBO. I sent them pictures of the bite sites. They told me they'd launch an investigation. I've not heard back. I still have scars from where the bugs bit me. I'm dealing with PTSD as everytime I have an area itching, I check for bed bugs. I have difficulty sleeping and still have not fully unpacked from the trip for fear of bed bugs possibly being in my bags. My suitcases remain on my backporch close to a month after returning home. It's been a nightmare. Not impressed with VRBO.
