Bluebell Cottage

Bluebell Cottage provided us with a delightful, romantic getaway in the Mountains. While the whole interior is meticulous, and every detail attended to, our favourite feature was the "fireplace", and the generously supplied firewood. Perfect for winter.

We had a bit of trouble using the SmartTV - it lagged and was hard to control; either because of the Remote or a network issue. No problem; the fireplace was more fun to watch anyway.

It’s a lovely house & very well set up. The heating was great. The kitchen is well equipped and we appreciated all the firewood. It was a nice walk into Leura with great shops & restaurants.

Nothing.

It’s a cozy, fully stocked retreat away from home! The second year in a row we have celebrated my birthday here and we have had a blast as usual. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy afternoon drinks, and the loungeroom is super warm and welcoming with the fireplace. The hosts have placed heaters in each room (VERY appreciative as one of the nights hit a feels like temp of -7) Beds are amazingly comfortable and 4 adults were able to share the two bathrooms adequately. The bath is AMAZING to wind down in after a day exploring Katoomba and Leura. We will be staying again!

We lacked for nothing, it was amazing.

Charming self-contained cottage. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable heated mattress. Friendly and helpful hosts.

It was so cold when we visited! The heaters were simply not strong enough to warm the living area and the bathrooms. My family spent most of the time holed up in their own rooms instead of gathering in the living room.
